After a lot of people asked me that in the past week, after the lack of activity on the blog, I feel that I need to dispel some wild rumors circulating on the web.

No, Putin did not order me to shut down this blog.

No, I did not die.

No, in no way did I abandon this precious project of mine.

The truth is that this past week was a really busy one at the university, I’m loaded with checking exams and course works, and preparing stuff for the 2nd semester, which starts tomorrow.

I did manage to work a bit on a new post – which deals with the record of international goals in football, but the progress is a slow one. However, I hope that I will publish it next week and then return to the regular regime of posting.
